Valencia is our head office. From Mislata we provide BIM services to architecture firms, engineering firms and installers across the whole Valencian Community: modelling, coordination, Scan to BIM and site layout studies. You run the project; we handle the model.

Your external BIM department in Valencia

Métrica BIM Studio was born in Valencia and this is its base of operations. We work as our clients' external BIM department: we take on model production and coordination so they don't have to build an in-house team or add load to their own studio. Náquera — Site Layout Study: a preliminary study for a chemical-products warehouse, with regulatory analysis, topographic survey and a geotechnical study that led to an optimised foundation.
Beniparrel — Site Layout Study: an industrial and logistics warehouse of 10,000 m² with storage, offices and public-facing area.
Carlet — Scan to BIM: a survey of a complete industrial warehouse with laser scanner and drone, and delivery of its geometric twin in Revit and IFC.

From our Valencia base we serve the provinces of Valencia, Castellón and Alicante, and we work across all of Spain —we have delivered projects in Elche (Alicante) and Córdoba—. Since 2025 we also have an office in Barcelona for on-site service across Catalonia.

How we work

We take on the whole process —field capture, registration and modelling— so you don't have to coordinate a surveyor on one side and a modeller on the other. You receive the model in native Revit (.rvt) and IFC, at the level of detail (LOD) agreed in advance so you pay only for the information you will use.

Where is your Valencia office?

Our head office is in Mislata (Paseo Clara Campoamor 5, 46920), in the Valencia metropolitan area. From here we provide BIM services to architecture firms, engineering firms and installers across Valencia and the whole Valencian Community.

Do you do Scan to BIM in Valencia?

Yes. We carry out 3D laser scanner and drone surveys across Valencia and its province. In Carlet, for example, we scanned a complete industrial warehouse —exterior with a drone and interior with a laser scanner— and delivered its geometric twin in Revit and IFC.

Do you work across the whole Valencian Community?

Yes. From our Valencia base we have delivered projects in Náquera, Beniparrel and Carlet, and we serve the provinces of Valencia, Castellón and Alicante.

Do you also work outside Valencia?

Yes. Valencia is our head office, but we work across all of Spain and we also have an office in Barcelona. We have delivered projects in Alicante (Elche) and Córdoba, among others.
