Digital Twin in Valencia: the digital twin of your asset
We develop digital twins connected with the building information to enable monitoring, management, maintenance and operation of the asset throughout its whole life cycle.
What is a digital twin?
A digital twin is a digital replica of the asset that goes beyond the BIM model: it connects the model with operation information and data to reflect the real state of the building and support its management. It is the most advanced level of BIM operation, the natural evolution of as-built and facility management.
What we do
- Faithful base model — we start from a precise as-built as the geometric and data base.
- Information structure — we organise assets, systems and parameters so the model is queryable and maintainable.
- Connection with operation — we integrate the model with the building management systems (CAFM/IWMS) and, depending on the project, with data sources in operation.
What is it used for?
- Monitoring the state and performance of the asset.
- Maintenance planned and traceable on a single source of information.
- Operation and management of the building throughout its useful life.
- Decision-making based on real asset data.
Part of a process
The digital twin fits at the end of a chain we usually walk with our clients: BIM As-Built → Facility Management → Digital Twin. You can enter at whatever point you need.
Frequently asked questions about digital twins
What is the difference between a BIM model and a digital twin?
The BIM model is the digital representation of the asset; the digital twin connects it with operation data and information to reflect its real state and support its ongoing management.
Do I need an existing BIM model?
Yes, the base is a reliable as-built model. If you don’t have it, we generate it with Scan to BIM and BIM As-Built.
Does it integrate with CAFM/IWMS systems?
Yes, we prepare the model and its information to integrate with the building management and maintenance systems.
