What does BIM modelling include?
BIM modelling is the base of everything else: without a well-built model, coordination, quantity take-off and later operation all carry errors forward. We cover the two most common ways into a BIM project: starting a new model (Full BIM Model) or migrating your existing 2D documentation into an intelligent model (CAD to BIM Conversion). In both cases we deliver reliable geometry, structured information and reusable parametric families.

A well-planned model from the start defines the naming standard, the LOD per discipline and the information structure that will later feed coordination, quantities and maintenance. We work as your external BIM department in Valencia: we set the standard with you, deliver in your format, and the model is yours in front of your client.
Frequently asked questions about BIM modelling
What is a federated BIM model?
It is the coordinated union of each discipline’s models (architecture, structure, services) in a common environment, so clashes are detected and everyone works on a single source of truth.
To what level of detail (LOD) do you model?
We agree the LOD with you according to the phase and use: from LOD 100–200 in early phases to LOD 350–400 for construction. We model only what adds value to each delivery.
What software and format do you work in?
We model in native Revit (.rvt) and also deliver in IFC to guarantee interoperability with any platform.
