Site Layout Studies: feasibility and layout before you build

What is a site layout study?

A preliminary site layout study assesses whether —and how— a building fits on a specific plot before committing the investment to the construction design. It is especially useful for industrial and logistics warehouses, where regulatory feasibility and flow optimisation determine the profitability of the operation.
